Where do you deliver your craft beers?
We currently offer delivery across Metro Manila and select surrounding provinces. Check our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your area is eligible for our chilled delivery service.
How long does shipping take?
For Metro Manila orders, we typically deliver within 24-48 hours. Provincial orders may take 3-5 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
How should I store my Crazy Carabao beer?
To maintain the freshest flavor profile, we recommend storing our craft beers in a cool, dark place or refrigerated between 4°C and 7°C. Always avoid direct sunlight.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via our secure checkout gateway.
Can I return a damaged shipment?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
